WHAT A FUN WEEKEND!

Teagan and I spent a wonderful day with Jackie, Thai, Marcie, and her kids - Gavin, Savannah & Gretchen, on Saturday. We drove up to Jackie & Thai's place in Antioch, had lunch, hung out, swam and played & played & played!! They have 4 pooches who kept Teagan totally entertained! Even though it was raining and kinda cool out, the kids wanted to go swimming! Thai was such a trooper and actually got into the pool to take Teagan swimming!! She had a blast, even though her lips were blue and she was shivering by the time she got out, she was such a happy camper! We also celebrated Savannah's 8th Birthday with a yummy chocolate cake!! What a fun day!!

We went to church on Sunday morning, and then had brunch with Lynn & Scott. Teagan got to go home and hang out with Lynn while Mommy went to a Baptism class at the Church. YES!! I am finally having Teagan Baptized! We have found a church close to home that we love going to!!

CRAZY WEATHER!!

So we have had some crazy weather lately! Really bad Thunderstorms, high winds and plenty of rain! Saturday night I thought for sure, my roof was going to blow off! (which really, would have actually been a godsend)!! No such luck... Anyway I took a few pics of the damage in my neighborhood. I seem to live in the "Crappy Weather Corridor" - it's like the Universe is playing some crazy joke on us, and everytime there is a thunderstorm brewing or heavy snow fall, someone holds it right over my neighborhood and says "Ha, take that"!!















And of course... some pics of my Angel, who is really working on her Vocab!! Which now includes, "It's Hot"! and "I'm right here"!

Teagan's 18 Month Pictures!

Teagan and I spent the day last Thursday at JC Penny having photos done! Teagan loves the camera, and in my biased opinion, the camera loves her too!! She was a trooper, but much more interested in all the other kids around her than having her photo's taken.

We have had a relatively quiet couple of weeks, aside from the torrential rains we had on Monday that flooded my crawl space and knocked out my well pump AGAIN! So we had a day or so there with no running water!! I officially want to sell my house and move to the top of the highest hill I can find!! Table Mountain sounds good!
